TORERO ESSENTIAL FLAMENCO

Torero Essential Flamenco is a flamenco tablao full of history, art and culture. An intimate, sincere place with what flamenco art lovers call "duende".

This venue has 500m², a capacity for up to 197 people and is divided into two floors. The floor located at street level has a bar-cafeteria, with tables, chairs and a small stage where you can enjoy 20-minute performances. This space also usually hosts exhibitions and cultural events. Going down the stairs we reach a brick basement, with a bar that leads to the vaulted area that surrounds the stage. No food is served in this space. Its main hallmark lies in the austerity of the brick and its peculiar sound, which makes it possible to dispense with sound equipment and amplification. Purity of sound, intimacy, respect and a cast of first-rate artists who, with complicity and professionalism, put all their "duende" into this peculiar setting.

Centrally located between the Chamberí neighbourhood and the Barrio de las Letras in the city's Central District, this venue complies with all Covid-19 prevention measures, as well as having ventilation equipment installed.
